She & HER, Inc. · Proposal for Partnership

A sapphic tech platform.
A reach network
a million-plus strong.
Launching its founding class at WorldPride Amsterdam.

I'm Desirée Mayon, CEO and founder of She & HER. 37K women joined our waitlist in our first two months — beta lands this November, and we want WorldPride Amsterdam to be where our global founding class comes together first.

She & HER's founding class launches at WorldPride Amsterdam. The first community platform built specifically for sapphic women — opening its founding class at the world's biggest Pride, in the spaces WorldPride has already designated for us. The founding members we welcome in Amsterdam will be among the first people in the world to have it in their hands.

What this looks like for us

We'd love for WorldPride Amsterdam to be a real partnership — here's what that means.

We're coming with the community, the creators, and a founding class assembling on the day. Here's exactly what we're asking, up front — everything after this section is the case for why it's worth saying yes.

Official presence in the Women & Pride programme and sapphic street party spaces

We'd love She & HER to be officially recognised within the WorldPride Amsterdam Women & Pride programme and to have a formal presence at "Who Run the World Festival" and the Saarein street party on August 1st. Not a vendor table — a launch moment. Tabling, QR activations, and the ability to be there with the WorldPride name officially behind us.

→ Official recognition turns a visit into a partnership. And for an app launch, it turns a soft debut into a statement.

Logistics support to get our team to Amsterdam

Getting our core activation team from the US to Amsterdam is the single thing that makes this possible or not. Travel and accommodation support for Desirée and the She & HER activation team would mean everything — and it's how a real partnership works. We're committed to showing up fully. We'd love to know we're not doing it alone.

→ We're not asking for a fee. We're asking to be supported the way partners are.

She & HER listed as an official WorldPride Amsterdam community partner

A listing on the WorldPride website and the ability to carry "WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 launch partner" in our own materials. She & HER launches at WorldPride. That's a credential that means something to our community, our investors, and every room we walk into after August. We're happy to operate within any guidelines — we just want it in writing.

→ "She & HER launched at WorldPride Amsterdam" is a sentence that follows this platform forever.

The activation arc · Summer 2026

NYC was June 28. Amsterdam is August 1. The founding class goes global.

We built a two-city arc — the US sapphic community found She & HER in New York; the global community finds us at WorldPride Amsterdam. By August 1st we're not a startup at a Pride. We're a platform with a founding class the world watched assemble — and a beta landing in November.

The 27-day content bridge — NYC feeds Amsterdam anticipation

Our ambassador network posts NYC content. She & HER teases Amsterdam. The gap between the two cities becomes a content engine — "we did New York, Amsterdam is next, and the founding class assembles there." Community builds across both coasts and internationally in real time.

The market read

Not a diversity line item. A market in motion.

This isn't DEI — it's behavioral economics. Culture moves money, and right now sapphic culture — with stud-and-femme style and story at its leading edge — is one of the fastest-climbing cultural engines in the market: it sets the language, the aesthetics, and the spend far beyond its own headcount.

Culture → capital

The stud tech founder is already the lead character.

Prime's Harlem built a masc-presenting Black lesbian tech founder into a lead — played by Jerrie Johnson, who She & HER is already in conversation with. The stud CEO isn't aspirational fiction anymore; she's the reference point.

Mainstream, centered

The biggest costume drama on earth is going sapphic.

Bridgerton's next season centers a Black sapphic love story as its main arc — Michaela, played by Masali Baduza. When the mass market's tentpole leads with this, it isn't a niche. It's the wave.

The mechanics · social proof at scale

Identity-centered gatherings compound. Every attendee is a node, not a ticket.

The multiplier · what host cities capture

WorldPride years multiply a host city's Pride 1.75–2.5×. The spend follows.

Sapphic culture isn't a subculture the market visits — it's a reference point the market keeps borrowing from.

She & HER sits at that center: a sapphic-led tech platform built by a FAANG-trained founder who has been disrupting this space for years. Partnering here isn't optics — it's access. Access to an audience that moves markets, to creators who carry real community trust, and to the brands that chase this culture but can't reach it directly. We bring the reach, the relationships, and the data to prove the movement — 37K women in two months on social proof alone, before a single ad. The doors the usual sponsor rooms don't open.

The company we keep

She & HER travels with a reach network built for exactly this moment.

Our amplification doesn't stop at owned channels. It moves through brand ambassadors, creative-industry talent, experiential partners, and earned media — the network that turns a founding moment into a story people hear about in three countries at once.

We want to launch in the spaces that already belong to us.

These are official WorldPride Canal Parade weekend street party locations designated for the sapphic and lesbian community. We're not asking WorldPride to create space for us. We're asking to be recognised — and to launch She & HER — in the space they've already built.

From She & HER

We built a platform for this community. WorldPride Amsterdam is where they'll be. We want to launch there.

She & HER is sapphic, by design. So is everything we're bringing to Amsterdam. I'd love to find a time to talk about what this could look like together.
